Akhtari, affectionately known as Super Nani, is a remarkable woman in her slum community. At the age of 60, she actively participates in the health awareness events organized by our outreach team in her slum. Despite her age, Akhtari does not miss a single event.
Akhtari has five children of her own and reflects on her past: "When I was young, I knew nothing about contraception. But now I want every young woman to know about these options.
Super Nani firmly believes that the right family planning can bring happiness and stability to households. In the current difficult times, Akhtari recognizes the importance of a small family: "If we have smaller families, we can better care for and support our children."
Saurabh, the head of the outreach team, praises Akhtari's indomitable spirit. He says: "Akhtari is very hardworking. She takes care of her household and contributes to the overall well-being of her children even at this age."

Grateful for the meaningful seminars she has attended, Akhtari aspires to share her experience and knowledge with the younger generation. She wants to empower them to prioritize their health and make informed decisions about marriage and childbirth.
She said: "I want every woman to know that she has the power to make decisions for herself. Their health is important, and families can take better care of their children if they have fewer children."
